High frequency equipment is to convert 50KZ main frequency current into high frequency current,,Heating the workpiece in the strong electromagnetic field generated by the high frequency current, due to eddy current and magnetic hysteresis loss made the metal surface heat, to achieve the purpose of heat treatment.
High frequency has the advantages of simple structure, start-oscillation is easy, stable work, high efficiency, reliable quality, advanced technology, stable performance, simple operation, high precision, strong anti-interference ability, large matching range, easy to use.
The high frequency heating device adopts a microcomputer controlled thyristor voltage regulating device, so that the power output of the device can track the change of the given potentiometer, and the power can be adjusted continuously. The device has multiple protection devices and fault memory display function, which provides convenience for the equipment inspection and maintenance.

General hardening depth requirements in the following 2mm, the frequency of the use of more than 150KHZ of the high-frequency equipment
For quenching hardening depth requirements in the 3 - 2 mm, the general should be selected for the frequency of 20KHZ super audio equipment;
For quenching hardening depth of 3 mm or more, the general should be the frequency of 8KHZ - 200HZ if the equipment;
Intermediate frequency induction furnace, also called Mediumfrequency coreless induction melting furnace, mainly used for alloy steel, copper, aluminum and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals and its alloy smelting, thermal insulation, can also be used for gold, silver and other precious metals smelting.
Water Cooling Method
1. Closed cooling way: do not need to carry on the water cooling preparation work, the user does not need to dig the pond to buy water pump and so on the work, the installation is convenient, reliable and quick, energy conservation and environmental protection. Strong winds through the heat pipe to cool the cycle of pure water, pure water loss is very small
2. Tank + water pump +cooling tower and heat exchanger: ordinary water is used as the user owned the external circulating water, inner circulating water in the use of pure water, avoid scaling, equipment use long life
3. Tank+Water pump + cooling tower: the water in the water tank through the water pump pressurized water to sink into the equipment, recycling. Through the cooling tower to distribute water heat, cooling tower with strong wind circulating water cooling, you can effectively increase the amount of heat, reduce the user's pool
4.Sink + water pump: water in the sink through the water pump pressurized into the equipment,water flows back to the tank recycling.By flowing water, nature gives off heat.
